A local coffeeshop that has an awesome cookies and cream shake! Yummy! Their vanilla chai is delicious as well. You can come here to grab breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even a snack. Over the years, I've tried their sandwiches, bagels, and muffins among many others and always enjoyed my meal. If you're not looking for a chain, stop by Sweet Bay. You can come and chat with your friends, come listen to music, or do some work. You won't be bothered. It isn't too loud and they do have a covered patio area when the weather warms up.

This coffee shop has made moving to Fort Smith from DC so much more bearable. The Starbucks here is dreadful, IMO. And I cannot tell you how much time I have spent here hanging out or just quietly doing work. I am a big fan of their Iced Vietnamese French Coffee, though I wish they also offered a larger size. The desserts are really great, particularly the tiramisu and lemon cookies. My partner is a big fan of smoothie drinks and they offer quite a varied selection of those. The Italian and Italian cream sodas are also tasty. The sandwich selection is pretty decent and I think they are pretty good. I've tried the Turkey Cuban and the Chicken Guacamole. They have a specialty sandwich they offer around Thanksgiving that is like Thanksgiving dinner in croissant - so good! I am not a fan of the chips they offer as I find they are too salty. The appetizers they offer are not made in-house and can be a bit underwhelming, so I would recommend skipping those. The location near Creekmore Park offers a lot of seating and in different areas depending on your needs. I usually hang out in the study for a quieter setting. The dining room can get a bit noisy with groups hanging out and chatting. The porch is glassed in, though the walls can be raised in good weather. They offer live music out there, though I find it gets a bit too toasty in the afternoons. One complaint I would have is that this location has a 1980s mix playing in the background. It's a few decibels louder than it should be, so people have to talk over it and that makes it noisy. Also, as nostalgic as I get hearing 80s music, it does get a bit old and repetitive to hear the same songs every time we come. They offer wifi, but your connection speed varies on how busy they are, i.e. how many people are also using it. It's also free.

Great coffee and great service. I have never ordered food so I can't comment on that, but the drinks are always made well from milk shakes to lattes. I definitely prefer to go to Sweet Bay over Starbucks.

I love to order the mocha shake but unfortunately Every time I go !!!!! The ice cream machine is either broken or its cleaning... Maybe they should remove it from the menu ? .....

I like their lattes and mochas here. A little different than your standard starbucks. Prices are good. I've never understood why people enjoyed their food. I find it pretty simple. Service can be slow, especially on food, but during my last visit my drink was made lightning fast. I like the various seating areas at this location and how close it is I the park. It's a great place to meet a friend for a coffee date.

I am really shocked that not only this one, but all of the Sweet Bays have extremely low ratings. I always love coming here. The drink I order is: A large sugar-free Irish cream soda frozen with extra whipcream! I am wierd but that is the way it goes. They have free wifi and the place isnt ever crowded to where it is troublesome to study. They have comfy chairs and a nice set up for a coffee shop. If I ever just wanted a place to go to get away from the house this is where you will find me. The one is Van Buren is rather small, the one on Rogers in Fort Smith is my prefered favorite. Because of the fireplace and small room by the pasteries for a more closed in area.

My favorite! I just wish they had better hours. They open late and close early. They have just about any custom drink though, and they're delicious!

We wanted a toddy. And this cocky employee guy told us that a toddy is just another word for an espresso shot. But a toddy is a cold shot brewed in a fridge. And he was persistent. Hope he works somewhere else now. Train your people sweet bay!

Visited this Sweet Bay location a few times before; I often feel like my hot drinks are a bit colder than I'd like a hot drink to be but the taste is still great.. But I also do find that my drinks from each visit is not very consistent... The place is often noisy, not really a problem that could be controlled, its just the crowd and sometimes live music. I'd rate this place a 3.5 but its no where near a 4 a half stars are not available.

I have been a Sweet Bay devotee for 12ish years? Honestly, I hella miss the old place. I know a lot of people go there for the food, but I've always been about the coffee. 1) I've never had a problem, because the most complicated thing I usually get is a coffee with a shot in it. OCCASIONALLY the coffee is cold. Fail. 2) People I've been with have had mega-problems getting food on time and getting it correctly. Once they totally forgot to bring my grandmother her pastry entirely, and I had to go remind them 15 minutes later that the cranky little lady wanted her warm sugary goodness, and she wanted it now. Le sigh. 3) One Sunday morning, we were there hella early, and it was extremely obvious the people who opened had gotten there waaaay late, as there were no donuts or scones at all. They tried to give us cold coffee and stale cinnamon rolls. Yeah, super-sucks to work early on Sundays when you're a young, cool kid, but if you want a job, be there on time, tiger.

I love Sweet Bay. I always get their mudslide because I'm not a huge coffee fan, but that is just enough for me. Also, you can make your own type of sandwich which I really love because I get what I want. It's always delicious, just a little pricey.

After a long day visiting with friends we decided to relax at Sweet Bay. It was my first time there but they seemed to offer a lot of different drinks. We sat in the library-type room and it was cozy. I had the spiced Chai latte and it was really hot and good. Even the men's restroom had a music theme on its walls. I liked it and I would go back... for both the Chai and perhaps if needed, the restroom too.

I like their coffees & prices better than Starbucks, meaning they have more variety & are cheaper. But yes, my "hot" mochas are not very hot sometimes! And ordering a bagel w/ cream cheese can be a challenge for the staff sometimes. The other 2 locations are defintely better at getting your drink hot & your food to you. Plus, not that this matters, if you go sit in the library room & talk to whoever you are with, you feel like you are breaking some rule, cause there are always several students with computers, studying. Well, sorry! It is a public place; go home if you want quiet! All in all, I still love the Milky Way mochas!

The Sweet Bay Coffee Co on Hwy 71 is getting better. They are getting friendlier and speaking to customers in the mornings. I believe they are waking up and 'smelling the coffee'. I hope they continue to do so. Their chicken salad is good. Frozen drinks are good. Customer service is good, but a smile in the mornings would be great!

I actually think the quality has improved wayyyyyy a lot since the old building burned down and they rebuilt. They have the best veggie sandwiches--the bread is sooooo tasty, better than any bread at the grocery store by far.I wish they sold it by the loaf. The cheesecakes are really good too, and I don't even usually like cheesecakes.Iced mochas are really good, the cinnamon rolls are passable, and the breakfast sandwiches are good. The everything bagels could stand to have more "everything" on them though. The breakfast sandwich eggs are obviously frozen (I guess) because they look like those McDonalds eggs, but still pretty good if you want a pretty cheap breakfast with really nice atmosphere. We like to eat on the patio in the mornings, there's a realllllly nice park view. UPDATE-Okay so I have to update this because the free standing locations service has gone to crap. They ALWAYS get my order wrong, sometimes forget the cheese, sometimes the chips, mix up my drink with someone elses. Not only that, it takes about 20+ minutes for them to make two veggie sandwiches that usually aren't even right.VERY disappointing. They seriously must all be stoned. Not judging but it sucks when you just want some yummers food. The guy with long hair in a ponytail and a big beard is really good though. He is the only one.The mall location is better.I am so ANNOYED with this place.Make sure you check your food before you drive off if you get it to go.

I usually don't have any trouble at Sweetbay and I am terribly addicted to the iced mochas. Their desserts are to die for!

I've experienced all three locations on rogers avenue many times, and I must say the location next to creekmore park is by far has the slowest service of them all. I never had problems at the other two locations that I visit quite often because I work in the mall, and the eastside location is probably the best bc their employees are very polite. Drinks are reasonably priced. Food is pricey, but can't complain because it is good and fresh food made it order.

Sweet Bay used to be really good, alas the quality seems to have gone down hill when I have been there the last couple of times. Messed up orders seemed more common and the staff was sometimes not that concerned about it. The hot chocolate is still pretty good here when I get some.

I have only been here once. They make excellent smoothies and the location hosts a pleasant view of the park. If you're lucky, you may even see the miniature train roll by. They also have wifi access. In addition to the coffee/tea/smoothie items they have a bakery. The key lime pie and the cheesecake looked tasty.
